Severe weather can affect our fixed wireless service just like it could a cable fixed line service. The usual problems which might cause degraded speeds or loss of service such as downed trees and cabinets affected by power outages. 
In most conditions, customers notice no issues with broadband connectivity with our masts using uninterruptible power supplies to protect from power outages. In some instances, in the right conditions, customer dishes may turn in the wind and require re-alignment. 

If the aerial, bracket or cabling is loose and poses a danger to yourself, the public or any property, Please call 0800 6 102 109 immediately. 
If the aerial, bracket or cabling is dislodged or wonky after a storm, please report the problem by ticket for a repair to be booked in.
