Sometimes routers can malfunction and this can cause reboot loops and loss of features such as WIFI or POE which could disable your rooftop aerial. 

How to report a problem 
Our engineers monitor the firmware on our supplied routers, so if any issues arise, we should be able to spot them and in some instances resolve remotely. In the instances we don't spot them or the issue is undetected, please follow the following ways to report your problem. 

Livechat 
If any operators are available, a chat bubble will appear in the bottom right. If it doesn't, no operators are available.  

Email
Please email team@westnetworks.co.uk and we'll log your problem. Please provide as much information as possible to assist our engineers. 

Freephone 
Please call 0800 6 102 109 and press option 2, then provide as much information as possible, we'll log this and assign an engineer, who will handle the fault and arrange work to get you back online.
